Nisewonger AV partnered with Visix Digital Signage to deploy a district wide digital signage solution for the Hall County School District. Hall County Schools consists of 37 schools with over 27,000 students and over 3,000 staff members. This digital signage deployment consists of over 350 digital signage displays and players all connected to a district wide content management server (CMS). The school system currently utilizes digital signage for all district and school communication, anti-bullying and anti-vaping campaigns, social media messaging, and current events and announcements.

Hall County Schools represents the largest Visix digital signage deployment in a K12 environment in the US.

We offer Visix digital signage players with the AxisTV software application running on Windows 10 IoT as an integrated product. All of our players have built-in security, including Windows Firewall, to ensure your data is protected at all times.

Fulton County Schools - Emergency Operations Center Video Wall AVoverIP

Fulton County Schools is the fourth largest school district in Georgia, spanning 106 schools and administrative and support buildings. For the safety of students and staff, the district’s Emergency Operations Department monitors weather and security alerts, school IP camera feeds, social media postings, and local and state events at its Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This stunning video wall features (12) LG ultra-thin bezel displays, an AV over IP based video wall switching solution and complete audio and VoIP integration.

Fulton County School’s advanced IP camera security system required an advanced video wall solution that allowed grand viewing of any and all sources. We utilized the Just Add Power AV over IP based technology utilizing network based IP switches for complete AV switching and control. Jon Ogden’s Just Add Software Media Switcher software utilizes a Windows software control platform perfect for video switching, combining multiple video walls, audio controls, and full system control from a Windows PC or tablet. This gives the Fulton County security team all of the tools required for viewing any source on any display at any time. The large scale video wall allows them to host security meetings / briefings as well as audio conferencing via VoIP when required. Cobb County: Brumby ES 1st Duo Lu Interactive Playground in Georgia

With recess on the decline, one school gets creative with interactive playground

Brumby Elementary School is the very 1st school in the state of Georgia to install the LU DUO Interactive Playground. The LU DUO Interactive Playground help educators foster smart and curious children. This innovative system engages their intelligence and learning styles using compelling activities, tools and immersive experiences integrating HD video, audio, lighting and interactivity.

We believe a sound body can lead to a sound mind. LU Interactive Playground supports health, sports, fitness and physical education leading to an active lifestyle.

The LU DUO system is another addition to Brumby Elementary School’s new state-of-the-art school building that opened in August 2018 because of voter-approved Ed-SPLOST funds.

Because of the success of the interactive playground at incorporating academics, the Brumby gym will be available for teachers to use outside of PE. This helps reinforce classroom concepts and curriculum in a fun, active learning environment.

Lü is available in two different configurations: ÜNO and DÜO. ÜNO consists of one interactive wall. DÜO is the combination of two connected ÜNO facing each other for a larger playground.

Hall County Instructional Support Center (ISC) AV Systems

Project: AV Systems ISC building - Hall County Schools

Project Details:

We designed and implemented multiple AV systems within the ISC building for Hall County Schools. The systems implemented include Cleartouch interactive panels, Epson interactive projection systems, Visix digital signage, AV presentation systems including AV room combining features, and wireless collaboration.

Sprayberry High School Theater Auditorium AV

At Sprayberry High School we installed a standard audio system for their auditorium. The project included two speakers, rack, wall plate, and integration with their current projection system.

Chestatee High School Cafeteria Visix Digital Signage

At Chestatee High School we installed several TVs in their cafeteria area. On each TV we hooked up a Visix digital signage player which can be used to put anything the school wants to on the displays.

Henderson Middle School Cafetorium AV System

At Henderson Middle School we installed a projection system and audio system together. They connect at a centrally located rack where they are integrated together. From this they can use a laptop and a wireless microphone at the same time.
