We recently added an LED wall so the audience can clearly see the content being shared by the cabinet members. We also installed rear displays, giving the cabinet members a clear view of the content, along with monitors on the dais to help them stay on topic and see upcoming agenda items.
In addition, we installed cameras to support both in-room and virtual meetings. Everything connects back to a production room, where the cameras and system settings can be controlled remotely. This allows the meetings to be broadcast, helping keep the community informed on what was discussed.
