Here, we added an LED Wall so the audience can see the content the cabinet members are sharing, we also added back displays so the cabinet members can see the content as well, they will have monitors on the Dias (big desk) so they can all stay on topic and see what topics are coming up. Also, we added cameras for room meetings and virtual conference meetings. This will all tie back to a production room, so the cameras, and settings of the system can be controlled remotely and sent/broadcasted so the community can stay updated on what was covered.
